Usually we put up the tent the day before the event. Depending on the size of the tent and the location circumstances we estimate 3 to 6 hrs for setting up the tent. We meet up before at the location to determine the position of the tent, talk about it’s purpose, and see which special circumstances have to be taken into account. We can talk about the form of the tent that will fit best. Afterwards the form of the tent can be adapted accordingly to the latest weather predictions. Taking down the tent usually takes place the day after the event. For best results, we strongly recommend that we always meet some time in advance.
